Privacy notice
Trainvanta is a coaching app: coaches assign workouts and meal plans, and clients record what they did and share InBody scans with their coach. This notice explains what we keep and why.
What we keep
- Account: your name, username and language. Coaches: a WhatsApp number clients can use to contact them.
- Coaching: plans, which exercises and meals you marked, optional weights and repetitions, and dates.
- InBody: the scan images you upload and their dates.
- Coach videos: exercise videos a coach uploads for their clients.
- Your phone's notification token, if you turn on reminders.
- Coach subscriptions: amounts and dates of payments to Trainvanta.
Who can see it
You and your own coach. Coaches see only their own clients. Trainvanta's owner manages coach accounts and subscriptions and does not routinely view clients' health records. We do not sell data or show advertising.
Where it is stored
With our hosting providers (Supabase for the database and images, Cloudflare R2 for videos), using private storage. Images and videos are opened only through links that expire after five minutes.
How long
While your account exists. Pausing an account keeps the data. When you delete your account we remove it within 7 days; encrypted backups expire within 7 days after that. Payment amounts and dates for coach subscriptions are kept as business records without names.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings (coaches) or Account (clients) → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, use the deletion request form.
Contact
Clients: contact your coach through the app. Coaches: contact Trainvanta through the support WhatsApp shown in the app.
إشعار الخصوصية
Trainvanta تطبيق تدريب: يضع المدربون خطط التمارين والوجبات، ويسجّل المتدربون ما أنجزوه ويشاركون فحوصات InBody مع مدربهم. يوضح هذا الإشعار ما نحتفظ به ولماذا.
ما نحتفظ به
- الحساب: اسمك واسم المستخدم واللغة. المدربون: رقم واتساب يتواصل عبره المتدربون.
- التدريب: الخطط، والتمارين والوجبات التي حددتها، والأوزان والتكرارات الاختيارية، والتواريخ.
- InBody: صور الفحوصات التي ترفعها وتواريخها.
- فيديوهات المدرب: فيديوهات التمارين التي يرفعها المدرب لمتدربيه.
- رمز إشعارات هاتفك إذا فعّلت التذكيرات.
- اشتراكات المدربين: مبالغ وتواريخ المدفوعات إلى Trainvanta.
من يمكنه رؤيتها
أنت ومدربك فقط. يرى المدربون متدربيهم فقط. يدير مالك Trainvanta حسابات المدربين واشتراكاتهم ولا يطّلع عادةً على السجلات الصحية للمتدربين. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نعرض إعلانات.
أين تُخزن
لدى مزودي الاستضافة (Supabase لقاعدة البيانات والصور، وCloudflare R2 للفيديوهات) في تخزين خاص. تُفتح الصور والفيديوهات فقط عبر روابط تنتهي صلاحيتها بعد خمس دقائق.
المدة
طالما الحساب موجود. إيقاف الحساب يحتفظ بالبيانات. عند حذف حسابك نزيلها خلال 7 أيام، وتنتهي النسخ الاحتياطية المشفرة خلال 7 أيام بعد ذلك. تُحفظ مبالغ وتواريخ اشتراكات المدربين كسجلات تجارية بدون أسماء.
حذف حسابك
في التطبيق: الإعدادات (للمدربين) أو الحساب (للمتدربين) ← حذف الحساب. إذا لم تتمكن من تسجيل الدخول فاستخدم نموذج طلب الحذف.
التواصل
المتدربون: تواصلوا مع مدربكم عبر التطبيق. المدربون: تواصلوا مع Trainvanta عبر رقم الدعم في التطبيق.
